I enjoyed the Slim instructor's classes; his explanations are excellent, and the sessions are very engaging. Additionally, they generously provided aperitifs during breaks, showing great kindness. I highly recommend them.

I did well in my driver's license conversion test thanks to the very thorough and clearly explained driving lessons by Mr. Slim Kassous. I took 4 lessons and learned a great deal. Highly recommended—the driving school truly lives up to its name: success indeed!

One of the best in Geneva to get your first aid, theorie, sensibilisation and so on. I did my first aid on another school (wasn't happy/unsatisfied) but I did my theorie and sensi here, and it is way way better. I wanted the course in english because I am not confident in my french and what's the point of studying if you won't understand anything. And here it's just perfect! With Slim (Slim Shady) all is explained well, informations were clear (especially in my theorie it helps a lot). Will point out from the smallest point to the obvious ones. It's very recommendable and if you're not confident on your french and you want it in english. Do it here! And even if you're finished with the course they are still open for questions regarding driving/rules or to help you out etc. 🙌👌🤝📌

I had a sensabilisation course at Success driving school. Everything was explained very clearly and structured. The instructor (Slim) was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Frequently asked questions · Licence exchange

Do I need to take an exam to exchange my licence?
It depends on your country of origin: some countries have an agreement with Switzerland, others don't. Send us a photo of your licence on WhatsApp and we'll respond within 24 hours with the exact process for your case.
Which countries are exempt from exams?
Countries that have a recognition agreement with Switzerland (most European countries, and others). And good news if your country isn't one of them: generally, only the practical exam is required, not the theory.
What's the deadline for the exchange?
You have 12 months after arriving in Switzerland to exchange your licence. After that deadline, your foreign licence is no longer valid for driving here and the process becomes more complicated: don't delay.
What documents do I need to prepare?
Your original driving licence, an ID, a passport photo, the application form, and proof of residence. We'll check everything with you and help with translations if needed.
How much does the process cost?
OCV fees are around CHF 80 to 120 depending on your situation. Add the SDS support fee based on the package chosen, and preparation lessons only if an exam is required.
Can I drive while waiting for my Swiss licence?
Yes, your foreign licence remains valid during your first 12 months of residence in Switzerland. That's exactly the window to use to complete the exchange without stress.

Shall we check your case?

Send a photo of your licence on WhatsApp: we'll tell you within 24 hours whether you can exchange directly or if you need preparation. Simple, no commitment.
