Frequently asked questions
How do I use my package after buying it?
After payment, every lesson or course included becomes a credit on your student account. You then book your driving lessons with your instructor and your classroom courses online, at your own pace.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, several instalment options are available depending on the package. You can pay online via Stripe, or directly to your instructor in cash or by TWINT.
Do my credits expire?
All our packages are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. That gives you plenty of time to use them at your own pace from your student area.
Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Courses and lessons cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can, however, reschedule them free of charge by calling us at least 72 working hours in advance. After that, the lesson is charged.
Do the prices include the test fees?
The practical test fees are paid directly to the OCV in Geneva and are not included in our packages. At SDS you only pay for the training (lessons plus mock test).
